Those who follow me or the CPDA and were drawn to me may notice that my recent piece on Venezuela is the first thing I've submitted on this site in roughly 5 years (about one month off to be exact, as the last time I submitted something was my paper on unionization and inequality in December 2013). As such, you may be wondering: where have I been/what have I been doing? Was I gone that entire time, and have just come back now? Well, let me clear up any confusion and fill in anyone curious about these things (although I won't pretend many truly are, it wouldn't sit well with me to just jump back for an essay on Venezuela and then say nothing a

So, I Was Gone

To Whom It May Concern, Up until yesterday, I hadn't written a single thing for my blog or for this site. Around the middle of November, I encountered a problem I wasn't very familiar with: writer's block. It wasn't so much that I couldn't figure out what to write, it was more that I just didn't feel like writing. At all. I could no longer find enjoyment in what I was doing for some reason. This was somewhat beneficial to me at the time, given that my first college finals were coming up and I needed to prepare. However, I do feel quite guilty for not at least keeping readers of my work up to date. I'll be attempting to return to regular, wee

To Whom It May Concern, My personal blog (and thus, most of my written work) will from here on out be mostly poetry. A full explanation can be found here: http://knofear.blogspot.com/2013/09/official-transition-experiment.html If any of you would like to submit guest work in the form of political essays, I will be accepting said work on a permanent basis from now on, so let me know if you're interested. I hope you'll bear with me as I grasp at betterment of my writing skills. Beyond that, I'm finally settled into college, so expect my usual pace of work to resume now. I think that's all. Ty for the watch!
HOLY JESUS...

I was scrolling through some comments on another part of the inter-webs and ran across you. Well, past you. It was dated 2012 or so...

Still. Small world, really...
I suppose I have been traipsing around various sites for quite some time now, yeah. 2012 would've been the early days though, so I can only imagine that what you found was likely cringier than anything I'd produce today (or so I hope).
Nothing too bad. Just a small bit of commentary on a story about a Great and Powerful "revolutionary". I'm somewhat surprised I hadn't run across THAT particular bit of fiction sooner.
Was this perhaps on fimfiction by any chance? I used to have an account on the site back when I briefly attempted to write MLP stuff.

I have vowed against fascism, as well as nationalism. It has harmed me mentally, I vow to start the world revolution
